Please review these notes before completing your reservation payment.
Before you pay
- Have your card ready. Use a card enabled for online purchases and make sure sufficient funds or credit are available.
- Complete bank verification. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment through its app, email, or SMS. Complete verification before closing the checkout page.
- If your card is declined. Some banks flag payments to Costa Rican merchants. Contact your bank to authorize the transaction and enable international online purchases.
- Receipts and invoices. If you are not a Costa Rican citizen, do not select the Costa Rican electronic invoice option. A separate payment receipt will be emailed to you. Keep it for your records; acceptance for insurance or tax purposes depends on the relevant provider or authority.

We recommend reviewing INS travel insurance, which may offer medical assistance, cancellation, baggage, and document coverage depending on the policy.
